Photos from Zion National Park

First time hiking in Zion. When we arrived we were met by a deer in the parking area. I love animals so this was a great way to start our journey. We walked along the river and into the canyon. I couldn’t stop looking up as if it was my first time in New York. The solid rock mountains were coated in an orange illumination. People were playing and swimming in the river lol the squirrels ran around your feet and sat next to us on the benches. It was amazing to see that they trusted humans. We didn’t end our hike until the sun was setting. I haven’t been on a hike this wonderful since the Muir Woods. If you haven’t had the chance to visit Zion National Park in Utah you should definitely plan to experience it at least once. I was able to capture a great shot of a deer sitting on the lawn in front of the resort with my 85mm f2 RF lens.
